Great place to stay, very clean and easy check in. It was convenient for our family to stay here, we were celebrating my Aunt and Uncle 80th birthday celebration who are residents of Georgetown. The parking was a little far from our unit. Loved the view because we were upgraded to a unit close to pool and had the lake view. Overall, great stay.

We arrived Sunday before Memorial Day anticipating the relaxed view of the river and docks
We arrived Sunday before Memorial Day anticipating the relaxed view of the river and docks. The first day was a Sunday and road noise was minimal. Monday it increased but by a normal day, Tuesday, traffic on and coming off the bridge was extremely loud, especially in the bedroom. I did notice before I booked where it was but after reviewing the feedback, nothing was mentioned which was highly surprising.
It is new construction but there were a few things that should have been take care of before rented, minor yes, but still should have been done. If it was an older unit or clearly someone's home, I would compile a list but due to this I should not have too. The staff should be checking on the units better.
It would have been helpful to have a layout of where the unit was located as there are 17 units. Parking was fine but I can easily see if over half the units were booked, there would not be enough spaces available.
The pool and cabana areas were great. A very nice layout.

Beautiful view with all sorts of amenities. The host was extremely responsive, friendly, and helpful. The home was immaculate and had plenty of starter items like coffee, creamer, hand soaps, toiletries, paper towels, and toilet paper. Conveniently located to Georgetown’s historic waterfront and only a 15min drive to Pawley’s Island. Highly recommend!

Enjoyed! Just a while to get back in w/ code after being locked out. Lovely place in lovely location. Beautiful decor and accommodations. Loved , loved sitting outside on porch to view marsh and water!
