The second bedroom offers two twin beds, which can be converted into a king bed upon request, providing flexible sleeping arrangements. Additional guests can be accommodated on the living room's sleeper sofa.

The entire second floor is a bright and airy open-plan living room, dining area, and a full kitchen with modern appliances. For longer trips, driving is the most convenient way to reach nearby beaches, plantations, and scenic marshland trails.

Public parking is plentiful and free throughout most of the downtown area. Golf carts are a fun local favorite for short rides, while bike rentals offer a breezy way to explore the quiet streets and shaded live oaks. If you’re heading to Pawleys Island or Murrells Inlet, you’ll find it’s just a short, scenic drive along Highway 17.

We had a fantastic stay at Winyah Bay. We came in by boat from Charleston, and everything was set up so nicely —easy docking with great lighting, well-kept slips, and plenty of hoses and cleaning stations. The fish cleaning area was a really nice touch after a day on the water. The cabin was just as great—very clean, well maintained, and plenty of space to relax. You can tell a lot of care goes into the property. We’ll definitely be back!
