The second bedroom offers two twin beds, which can be converted into a king bed upon request, providing flexible sleeping arrangements. Additional guests can be accommodated on the living room's sleeper sofa.

The entire second floor is a bright and airy open-plan living room, dining area, and a full kitchen with modern appliances. The historic downtown is best explored on foot, just stroll along the Harborwalk to admire waterfront views, boutique shops, and local seafood restaurants. For longer trips, driving is the most convenient way to reach nearby beaches, plantations, and scenic marshland trails.

Public parking is plentiful and free throughout most of the downtown area. Golf carts are a fun local favorite for short rides, while bike rentals offer a breezy way to explore the quiet streets and shaded live oaks. If you’re heading to Pawleys Island or Murrells Inlet, you’ll find it’s just a short, scenic drive along Highway 17.

Every day n night animal poop was n front of villa..We first thought it was from a dog but after visibly seeing a racoon every night walking around which resulted in us having to be careful entering and exiting villa we figured it was raccoon poop. Even one of the winyah bay cleanup guys said it was raccoon poop..It was there several days before getting cleaned up n i was reaching out to them via telephone n messages. N it happened again the night prior to us leaving ..Even while checkin out we stilll saw the poop same place and as a matter of fact that time in several places surrounding the villa we stayed in..I sent pics so they were well aware of the issue..I was promised a total refund on clean up fees to which i have yet to see that adjustment.
