We had an incredible stay at Winyah Bay Club! We arrived by boat, and everything was set up perfectly for a seamless waterfront experience. The boat slips were convenient and well-maintained, making it easy to come and go on the water.
The accommodations were beautiful, spotless, and thoughtfully appointed with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The location is hard to beat—peaceful waterfront views while still being just minutes from historic Georgetown.
Whether you're coming by land or by boat, Winyah Bay Club is the perfect Lowcountry escape. We can't wait to come back!

We had a great time at WBC
We had a great time at WBC. The house was beautiful and the view was beautiful. Our plans changed last minute and we ended up driving into Georgetown instead of taking our boat, but the docking amenities were excellent. We would definitely stay again!
The place was incredible
The place was incredible! Everything was fantastic except the “ad” showed a pic of the villa we were renting which was in front on Winyah Bay When we arrived, we were assigned a villa tucked behind 2 villas that were up front so our view was looking between the sides of 2 villas in front of us. Not what we expected and not as the ad showed. With that said, the place was really nice and we would stay again but we would clarify which “actual” villa we were paying for.

This was a last minute trip for my family and boy did it not disappoint
This was a last minute trip for my family and boy did it not disappoint. My two young kids loved the house, especially being able to sit on the outside patio and look at the water and boats. The pool was always somewhat empty, which in a way was very nice to have to ourselves. We loved walking down to the public space on the dock as well as being able to walk down to the end of the dock to look at the water and boats. Downtown Georgetown was a 5 min drive from the house along with close by stores and restaurants. We went to pawleys island (15-20min drive from house) each day, which was a cute and easy drive. The only thing i would say is that our master bedrooms blinds broke - the lever to pull up and down came out of the wall - so we had to adjust the piece that came out to be able to pull the blinds up and down. My oldest son also noticed teeny tiny bugs in the corner of the twin bedroom shower. It was not a hug deal, but should be looked at.
Cannot wait to stay here again!!!!!
