We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Winyah Bay Club - it was the perfect accommodation for a vacation spent
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Winyah Bay Club - it was the perfect accommodation for a vacation spent on the water. WBC has thought of everything, from available hoses in the boat slip area to the fish cleaning station under the covered deck. We also enjoyed waiting out an afternoon thunderstorm in the bar area with big screen TVs and ample seating. The condo was clean and spacious with gorgeous views of the intercoastal, comfortable beds and a well-stocked kitchen (always a plus), and close to Georgetown's historic downtown area with restaurants, bars and shops. Lastly, WBC had first come, first serve covered parking under the property for your vehicle and boat trailer (a single spot could accommodate both). This was important as there were no trailer storage options in the area aside from Springs Marine, a mobile option that will store your trailer for $100/night.
Everything about our stay was excellent
Everything about our stay was excellent. The unit was very clean and comfortable. Basics such as hand soap, toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher tabs were provided. View from the living room was beautiful. The pool area was relaxing and not crowded at all: typically just a handful of people at a time. We loved the very cold AC!

We had a wonderful stay! The property was beautiful, incredibly clean, and exactly as described. We especially loved how quiet and peaceful the area was. Everything was well maintained, and we had a great experience from start to finish. We would absolutely stay here again!

Nice little cottages with great amenities (pool, pavilion, grills, boat slips, etc.). We enjoyed the location to downtown Georgetown and waking up to a tranquil setting. We would definitely come back.

What a beautiful fantastic place. If you’re not staying here when you come to Georgetown, then I don’t know what you’re doing.. this is the best place to stay in Georgetown, hands-down. If you have a boat, bring it they have a dock for you to park it at.
