This stay felt more like a hotel that was placed on Airbnb, not what I expect when using the app. Lots of rules, extra fees, corporate feeling.
The property shared a border with Motel 6 that did not inspire luxury. There was a police camera a unit monitoring the parking entrance which is for a reason.. I did not feel great about leaving anything in the vehicle.
Listing shared that trailer storage can be arranged for example, but then you find out after booking that the cost of that storage adds 25% to your stay. Additional fees for parking more than one vehicle mentioned, after the listing said two.
We visited in the off season and had a small boat for the trip that we needed to use at multiple boat ramps. Host was extremely inflexible with allowing parking even though we were the only vehicle at most times.
The property itself was nice, the river amazing, and boat docking a plus.

When describing your property to potential customers, it is very important to consider the potential difficulties or disabilities that some customers might have accessing your property. That was not done in your case.
Your property contained two different HVAC controllers. That should be clear upfront to customers so that they don’t have difficulty in controlling comfort levels.
Basic amenities like towel bars, soap dishes, and coffee filters we’re lacking in your case.
Lastly, the person you provided as a contact concerning your property should have a clear understanding of how things work on the property. Once again, that was not the case in this instance.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Winyah Bay Club - it was the perfect accommodation for a vacation spent
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Winyah Bay Club - it was the perfect accommodation for a vacation spent on the water. WBC has thought of everything, from available hoses in the boat slip area to the fish cleaning station under the covered deck. We also enjoyed waiting out an afternoon thunderstorm in the bar area with big screen TVs and ample seating. The condo was clean and spacious with gorgeous views of the intercoastal, comfortable beds and a well-stocked kitchen (always a plus), and close to Georgetown's historic downtown area with restaurants, bars and shops. Lastly, WBC had first come, first serve covered parking under the property for your vehicle and boat trailer (a single spot could accommodate both). This was important as there were no trailer storage options in the area aside from Springs Marine, a mobile option that will store your trailer for $100/night.
Everything about our stay was excellent
Everything about our stay was excellent. The unit was very clean and comfortable. Basics such as hand soap, toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher tabs were provided. View from the living room was beautiful. The pool area was relaxing and not crowded at all: typically just a handful of people at a time. We loved the very cold AC!
